Shipping & Returns
We aim to get your order out fast! Orders placed before 3 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m., on weekends, or on holidays (including July 4th) will be processed during regular business hours.
For faster delivery, many of our products are also available through Amazon Prime.
After placing your order, you'll receive two emails: (1) Order Confirmation – sent immediately after your order is placed. (2) Shipping Confirmation – sent once your order ships, and includes your tracking number.
Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET. Keep in mind that UPS and USPS may not operate on weekends or holidays, which can lead to shipping delays.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order, including address updates.
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS. If you are unable to receive deliveries from USPS, please contact us before placing your order. Craft a Brew is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or UPS during transit.
Please note: We do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
Free shipping is applied to physical orders totaling $50+ before taxes & shipping are added and after discounts are applied. Free shipping does not apply to orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico are not applicable.
We work with USPS & UPS (and occasionally other carriers) to ship packages. If you can’t receive shipments from a particular mail carrier, contact us via email BEFORE placing your order: support@organicalife.net. Our team chooses the best carrier for each shipment based on several factors, such as which carrier can provide the speediest service to you based on your location, the weight or size of the parcel.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased from Kabooyanaturals.com and have an accompanying order number. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued via the form of payment used at checkout. Contact us at organicalife.net in order to initiate a return. Returns not authorized via email with Organica Life support will not be accepted.
We accept returns on unopened or defective items within 30 days of receipt. If your purchase is more than 30 days old, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer free return shipping. Organica Life will provide a return label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount.
Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected and, if applicable, a refund will be issued via the form of payment used at checkout.
Orders will require time for payment processing, address verification and order processing. Typical transit times from our Texas warehouse are depicted below. Please note that your order may take longer to reach you than expected due to carrier delays.
NOTE: If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order won't ship until the pre-order item is available.
We take great care to package orders for safe transit, but if your item arrives damaged we’re here to help.
Please notify us of any damages via support@organicalife.net within 5 days of delivery for assistance with a replacement. Please save the original packaging and send us photo(s) of the damage + your order #.
Damages reported more than 5 days after delivery or those caused by improper handling, storage, or use after delivery may not be eligible for replacement.
